The flight campaign begins in mid-April

At our base in Payerne, the excitement is already palpable. SolarStratos is in full preparation for its annual inspection by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA), a mandatory step before taking to the skies again. The technical teams are hard at work, the winglets are undergoing final adjustments, and several aerodynamic and energy optimizations are being finalized.

The goal is clear: to be ready for takeoff by mid-April for a 2026 season that promises to be historic.
